Andrew Elston - Pastor
Andrew grew up in Shreveport, Louisiana where he met and married his wife, Lora. After earning a Batchelor of Science in Construction Management, they moved to Louisville, Kentucky where he earned a Master of Divinity in Biblical & Theological Studies from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. They have four children, Benjamin, Bethany, Gentry, & Parker. Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, carpentry/construction, reading, playing racquetball, and hunting. Black Springs called him as pastor in September 2010. Andrew's priority and passion in ministry is expository preaching of God's Word and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Marde Ray - Youth Leader

| Marde grew up in Milledgeville, GA where she met and married her husband Glen Ray. Marde has three children, Matt, Jared, and Rachel, who are active in the Black Springs Youth program. Marde has earned a Batchelor's and a Master's degree. She teaches 8th grade Math at a local middle school in Milledgeville. Marde has been the Black Springs Youth Leader since February of 2010.

Pam Boyd - Financial Secretary
| Pam grew up in Washington County and graduated from Brentwood School. She has been married to Chris Boyd for more than 25 years. They have a son, Heath Boyd, and a daughter and son-in-law, Emily and Justin Terrell. Pam spent 17 years focused on raising her children. In 2006, she joined the staff at First Baptist Church in Sandersville and served as Financial Secretary for 4 years before moving to Lake Sinclair in 2010. Pam enjoys spending time with family and friends, exercising at the local gym, and boating. She joined the staff at Black Springs in February 2012.
